New Website: JaneRoweRealty.com

We are always working on new website projects. All of our clients are looking for an effective website that attracts new business and keeps their existing clients informed.

In our newsletter, we usually showcase one of our latest projects. If you would like to sign up for that, you'll recieve information about that project and sometimes just helpful and interesting ideas that you might want to use on your own site.

Curent Project: JaneRoweRealty.com

This month's spotlight project is JaneRoweRealty.com. Jane Rowe Realty is a full service real estate company located in Terre Haute, Indiana. They offer uncompromising customer service in all aspects of buying, selling, relocation, and brokerage services. Their staff is friendly, experienced, and looking forward to helping you with your next move.

They were referred to ROAT.com based on a previous real estate website design we had done for Kirk Realty Group in Fishers, Indiana. The primary needs were for an updated look and feel for their older website design along with a consistent method to providing users with current listings and other real estate information. In addition, there was a need for continuous updates and maintenance to the new website to keep the information and listings current.

A few things to note about the new website:

• The new design organized their service offerings to include rental listings as well as the sales listings. The previous website did not have this option.
• Picture "slideshows" provided for each listing. Each home for sale now has a flash-based slideshow to display the various home pictures. This provides a very professional way to display and view a homes pictures and can be updated and revised quickly when new pictures are available.
• The website content was re-organized to make it easy to quickly find the services desired by their clients.
